Agree 100%. Where was this “Kyrie is a poison” narrative after the Celtics handily swept the Pacers or after the Celtics’ Game 1 domination? What we saw here is the Celtics solving the Giannis issue with a perfectly constructed and perfectly executed game plan in Game 1, followed by some perfect adjustments by

Ah, I see.  My work PC blocked the website hosting the actual motion.

I think here it is actually used properly (for once, right?!). FL Rule of Crim Procedure 3.830 permits a court to (i) find direct criminal contempt and to (ii) punish the wrongdoer to a sentence to be announced in open court. I think the prosecutors, in their prayer for relief here, are specifically asking for a

Fragile AND delicious!

Why would Varys tip off Euron? That makes zero sense. He’s a pragmatist and an opportunist. He’s backed Dany because, ya know, dragons. He may be waffling in favor of Jon, but still ... dragons.

Wasn’t the dragon stalking around in the background, or am I crazy?  Also, if the answer is yes, why didn’t Euron shoot at it with his super crossbow?

KING Geedorah?

I recommend the cover to back cover method.

That’s fantastic.  My father did indeed fall asleep during Empire.  I think he survived Willow.

oh ABSOLUTELY!  I remember my dad saying to me “ya know ... the book you read was based on the movie ... not the other way around?”  I was unmoved.

I was 14 years old in 1988. I bought the novelization of the movie, which was released a few months before the movie was released. I read it cover to cover and then begged my dad to take me to see it opening night.

is that you, dear?

The problem, in my view (and I also read the whole story) is the dean’s confirmation that he was aware of the problem but “parents are allowed to visit their kids in their dorms.” And, later, his apparent sigh of relief, when daughter graduates, that they will finally be rid of Larry. First, how is this “visiting”?! I

bingo

Gwen!  I really love this show AND I really love your writings on this show.  It’s really an underappreciated gem.  So glad it’s coming back for Season 3.  I’m of the mind that anything Sharon Horgan is involved in is gold.

I’m going to compliment Asylum here ... at least their knockoffs are actual, ya know, knockoffs!  The plots tend to be weird ripoffs of the thing they are trying to mimic.  This movie?  This is a whole new thing!  Pet Graveyard is neither about pets nor graveyards!  It’s almost brilliant in its utter audacity.

I’m with you, Tony.  I feel like that was a hole left explicitly unfilled.  It was too purposeful, and it was too vague for us to fill in the blanks.  I’ve got to think they will fill those blanks in for us.  As you say, they better!

Damn.  Just read the whole piece.  “Horrifying” is the right descriptor.  What a despicable piece of shit
