I have and that’s never happened to me.  Cycle Brewery isn’t even in an area where homeless people congregate.  Maybe you were watching a parade and you confused clowns for homeless people?  I mean, seriously!  The scene you’re describing it’s just ... not a thing.  You had some EXTRAORDINARY weird and bad luck. 

I see. I agree with you about the Fairgrounds site. It would just relocate the traffic problem to the opposite side of the region.  Thank goodness it’s off the table.

I’m a former Tampa resident who moved to St. Pete a couple years ago.  I agree with everything you’ve said except one ... Spartak Moscow?  Huh?  I live and work in downtown St. Pete and I seriously don’t have a clue what this means.
