I have and that’s never happened to me.  Cycle Brewery isn’t even in an area where homeless people congregate.  Maybe you were watching a parade and you confused clowns for homeless people?  I mean, seriously!  The scene you’re describing it’s just ... not a thing.  You had some EXTRAORDINARY weird and bad luck.
