What was the net impact now that your mortgage payment tax deduction is no longer available? Or is it essentially a wash?

“I think the people who rely on the UNHCR, UNICEF, people whose land was cleared of land mines by the UN and the people who have been saved from preventable disease by vaccination programs run by the World Health organization, as just a few examples, would disagree with you that the UN has outlived its usefulness.”

“If we are to cap our greenhouse gas emissions, some oil will have to be left in the ground. Tar Sand oil would be the best candaidate for that.”

One rail car is 30,000 gallons. A derailment or crash will lose multiple cars. The most recent pipeline spill (up in Alberta) was 52,000 gallons. Pipelines are not only safer from an incident rate perspective, but they’re also far less damaging when the spills occur.

“BTW, commercial pizza ovens heat from the top down. Sometimes the crust is undercooked, if there are too many toppings if the oven door is left open for too long and the stone “floor” is allowed to cool.”

He passed the Pat’s physical, and the skins agreed to the trade, but ultimately was sent back to NE because he failed the Skin’s physical. It sounds like there’s no set standard for physicals (save for concussion

Taylor has a clause in his contract that guarantees him his full $27.5 million base salary in 2017 if the Bills release him, “due to a professional football injury suffered while performing his services under this Contract [and] Player is unable, in the sole judgment of Club’s physicians, to perform his playing

“No maintenance either, though that shouldn’t be an issue for a new Cadillac - routine maintenance is free for 3-ish years still?”

“The usual practice has been to allow families with school-aged children to complete the current term before moving back.”
