This always reminds me of the South Park episode where all the cops just go "Nice!" when told. That's what everyone's reaction to this always is. Some people on here are even like, "I wish this happened to me!"

@Kovitlac: They were manipulated. I mean, they were young, horny teens, so it was pretty easy, but it's still manipulation.

@WolfieXIII: If a teenage girl has consensual sex with a 45 year old man, no one thinks this way. It's a double standard, and not in the "it should be okay for men" kind of way. It is wrong both ways, and definitely not prudish to think that a 45 year old woman is wrong to manipulate young boys into having sex.

@Sandeep Gonsalves: You could make that argument for most white collar crimes. It doesn't matter, you do the crime, you go to jail.

@pɹɐoqʎǝʞuǝʞoɹq: 1.8 million dollars in cost is hardly inconsequential. This investigation cost a LOT of taxpayer money that could be spent on a multitude of other things.

@K-bl4stzer0: No, I mean random battle every 1-3 seconds. Insane. And the battle speed is ridiculously slow too.

@lurkingsalt: It's just.... I dunno, I consider myself a hardcore JRPG fan, and it's just... annoying to play. Random battles every three seconds in boring, bland dungeons? Not to mention the graphics, and the fight mechanics. You just wave your sword in front of you and the enemy gets hit off in the distance. I

I love disgaea. I've bought every single traditional disgaea game, except the DS one (because I had both the ps2 and psp versions) and I play the shit out of them. I've put like 100 hours into Disgaea 3, grinding.

@xsbs: Welcome to any big city, in a trendy district. 1400 to rent a room isn't even that ridiculous, I've seen 1,000 to SHARE.

I hate that fucking Benjamin Franklin quote. People say it like it's religion or something, and anytime anyone remotely does something kinda sorta like censorship or "removal of freedoms" people whip that out like it's some sort of magic mantra and makes them sound wise beyond their years.

@Hvedhrungr: I don't think fuck ugly is a commonly used phrase....

@morag0: I would also play this. In my opinion, Ogre Battle was a lot better than Tactics Ogre. Only played the SNES version, but really enjoyed it a lot more.

I totally understand that phonebooks can be useful. I definitely know that sometimes the internet/electricity is down and maybe you need something out of the phone book. However, why do they deliver them so frequently? This past year I received no less than three phone books at my apartment. I don't need three,

@tipTI: because apple users (and I am typing this on my macbook pro, so don't think I'm some kind of anti-apple freak) love to drone on and on and on and on and on about how superior what they have is. Everyone gets it, no viruses.

@TheNimboo: Haha, you're the exact opposite of me. I just graduated from UCLA, and I chose it over Berkeley because I grew up right outside of Berk and wanted a change. Totally understand where you are coming from.

@Z_Naught: Or, you could, you know, take the 5 seconds to create a free flickr account....

@TheNimboo: Have you visited? Its super ghetto and disgusting.

@TheNimboo: Okay, first of all, what did I tell you about calling it San Fran. Seriously, don't call it that, it's the most obvious indicator that you're not from the area. Also, it sounds stupid. Call it SF or "the city."

@TheNimboo: Berkeley is no where near San Francisco (you'd have to cross a bridge)So, a couple of things:

My favorite part is the proper noun password. They always use it on cop shows to show how insightful and intelligent the main detective is.
