The first party games are always going to be good - it's a Nintendo system. What you have to decide is what price point you're willing to enter for that, and also understand that 3rd party support is likely going to be thin again.

You don't need more than 32GB when Nintendo has no plans to have DRM, download-only games, or anything else of the sort. Physical discs will always be a part of the Wii U.

I think this is just a setup for the inevitable, which is that the Premium Set will eventually overtake as the single SKU for one price.
