It’s not inappropriate just because it offends the sensitivities of some people who are way too sheltered if a grainy GIF of a car exploding (showing *zero* amount of actual gore or carnage) hurts them in the feels.

Seriously, the same people who are in shock and horror and calling it “snuff” would have had no problem with the footage at all if somebody lied and told them nobody died. Even if said people were severely injured or crippled for life, at least the watchers of a GIF on the internet can rest easy and continue being…
Or don’t be such a pussy and take offense that you happened to see something on the internet you didn’t want to see yet made sure to watch anyways. And if some image or posting actually goes against site rules then it should be reported and removed, but I’m pretty sure a GIF of an exploding car doesn’t violate…
You can’t even see anyone dying! You see a car exploding in a grainy black and white GIF, that’s hardly the same thing as seeing the person in the car actually being killed. Are people really that weak-stomached?
Perfect size but not the perfect weight. It’s at least 200lb overweight, especially given the bigger and way more powerful M3/M4 weighs exactly the same.
It’s just silly that the 2 series is no lighter than the 4 series despite being smaller. Price difference aside, I can’t see why anyone would want one of these over an M3 or M4 which has more power and no weight penalty for the increased size class. The 1M Coupe was highly regarded and known as being as, if not more,…
It’d be easier to see a torque curve. It might actually be making over 300lb-ft already by 1500 rpm or it could be lag city all the way until 3000, the peak torque @ rpm would still be the same.
I’m wondering how easy it would be to remove that black bumper from the grille and actually get some airflow in there.
Well dude you can get 20mpg out of a Prius if you floor it all the time.
This thing is already unsexy to anyone with some form of eyesight. Now it’s just unsexy with doors that will probably work properly for all of 2 months.
Well, unlike a standard Viper it does have a race-tuned form of traction control, so at the very least you won’t immediately peel out and crash into a ditch when you put your foot down and boost hits. Instead, you put your foot down, end up going twice the national speed limit far sooner than you intended, and stomp…
I think the problem lies with the company in that case, not the car’s fault it sticks out like a diamond in the rough. Toyota’s got its own history of making great driver’s cars, they just seemed to neglect or kill them all off by the early 2000s. They seem to be slowly getting back to fun with the way more affordable…
I agree completely, I think it’s understandable though that the online community and the majority of enthusiasts in general who might never have the opportunity to experience these cars in person would turn to bench racing and simple numbers to express their interest and compare one to another.
The LM002 is batshit crazy and was probably controversial, exactly what we expect of a Lamborghini. The Urus is just a tall crossover for moms who are simply too rich even for a Porsche Cayenne.
Heck, car might be at the bottom of a river. Who knows?
It almost looks like a fighter jet taking off the way it pitches into the air like that. Certainly has the speed part down, just not quite the flight bit.
That’s not how that works. That’s not how any of this works. Please stop.
The thing is, both versions still have the same 762hp. You’re paying $10k just for a mode that doesn’t artificially weaken it off the line. It’s almost like paying $10k for launch control.
The 335i weight, holy hell man. Did you accidentally read the weight figure off a 7 series or an X5? Actually, I think the problem was you looked at the GVWR instead of the curb weight, which is 3590lb. GVWR is the weight with the max allowable payload, and is obviously much higher than the car actually weighs empty.
A GT350 is a more appropriate M4 competitor than the GT350R, at least.
