I read both oracle cards and tarot cards. I've found that its quite relaxing and sometimes when you do a reading, all of the information you've had the whole time just clicks into place in your brain. My go to decks are the Shadowscapes Tarot and the Faeries Oracle.

I grew up in the Lutheran church. It's pretty much catholic lite. No saints or virgin focus but from what I've seen going to a few different masses, much of the ceremony and such are quite similar.

I love that book, had no idea it was being done for the screen of any size. Who does he play?

Many times it's not a case of your life revolving around your family as much as its a case of without the support of your family, you'd be living on the street. Yes, picking up and moving would be awesome but it's just not feasible for many young women. To pretend otherwise is naive at best.

That was awesomeness.

Aside from garebear's suggestion, I will also add the following:

oh, I definitely get the antagonizing bit in the Merry Gentry series. I think that it's appropriate in that setting though, when you consider the context of the series. Look at us, having a mini book club!

I actually saw it less as her taking swipes at Christianity and more as an internal dialog of someone going through some soul searching about it. Anita making the change from a relatively straight laced woman to rethinking how she stands with Christianity and trying to find a balance that works for her. I could be way

Now playing

The only thing that comes to mind when someone says Facebook song.

From my mom, of all the crazy ass things she's said over the years, it's a tie between two rather recent ones. About three years ago while on the phone with her, she suddenly busts out with "Why are you single? You need to gout more. Make your friends go to the club with you." my immediate reply without thinking was

I wondered about that. I just never got around to asking what's up with the yellow before. I feel enlightened.

I feel the need to point out (much like they did on every other damn page) that Moxie was a *magalog*. It's not just a magazine and it's not just a catalog! As ridiculous as it was, I kinda miss getting fifteen different catalogs a month.

Ahh yes, the holy land experience, where you can see Jesus get crucified everyday and twice on Sunday.

I'm not vegan but one of my friends has recently developed a lactose intolerance so I've been busting trying to find subs for his favorites. It's been six months and I've got just about everything covered, aside from cheese. I don't think that poor bastard is ever going to get a decent sub for his favorite food. :(

If you're vegan and miss whipped topping, I saw something a while back on how to make a sub with coconut milk. Just put the can in the fridge, once it's cold open the can, skim the solid bit off and whip it up in the mixer. Addition of sugar or vanilla completely up to you.

Omg! I love that strange fucked up movie. It's always been one of those ones that seems nobody else had ever heard of.

So I'm watching from dvr and Rihanna just performed. Girl gives me a serious case of god I wish she'd lip synch. That and I think she needs to see a gyn or something, cause if the burning sensation is bad enough that you can't keep it together on live tv you need an ointment.

Yes! Easily one of my top ten.

I'm sorry but considering the restrictions put on who can and can not donate in this country, that is utter hogwash.

Yeah, imma have to heart you for that. If anyone needs me, I'll be in my bunk.
