These are the kind of stories that bring me down the most. I don’t believe this officers actions were on purpose, he made a very, very bad judgement call. (Egregious and definitely worth the charges) There are no winners here.

Two things stand out to me here - 1. This officer should be immediately fired, no matter what the reason. Such poor taste and Kobe’s wife has every right to be upset. 2. It would have also been nice for Kobe’s victim to see Kobe get the most punishment possible.
