That’s the tough part. Where is the cutoff line between blatant and barely noticeable. I would be quite glad to get rid of the offside challenge, they aren’t wrong often and the ones they miss are usually by an inch when reviewed in super slow mo, HD, zoomed. I can live with some human error. I would rather let the

Either you are offside or you aren’t. I can live with a ref missing a call by a a small margin as in like an inch on a slow mo replay.  I don’t mind the review when the guy is so obviously offside.

Not really the same thing, but OK.

Yeah I will agree 100% with you on this one. You can’t let that one slide, it’s way to obvious and something the players are very familiar with. I hate the skate lace being over the line review. But you have to call this one - I hate a goal being taken back, but if you let that go, it opens up a slippery slope.

I am sure the media will do their digging. However , even though this guy is an asshole - unlike Bartman, it is a public safety risk if they do.

You can be a republican/democrat whatever you want - but you don’t have to be a racist or crazy religious etc.  Some people can be one or the other, and not a crappy person. Some. Very few.

My girlfriend who is visually impaired, and never watches the Raptors with me, came downstairs when the dunk at the half happened. I made her watch the replay (because she cares) and her remark on the play was “Why is he going so slow and why can’t the other guys stop him?”

Yeah def should have been a major, and he will sit one or two. Even thought I despise the B’s - McAvoy has never seemed dirty and I don’t think the intend on that hit was to hurt him. Just a bad play that he needs to let up on. I think the league should focus on a safe way to let up on hits - without injuring the

Not when the run into the Storm Surge!

This isn’t the first time I have seen him miss a breakaway dunk before. He is clearly not great at it, especially in game situations where he is tired. Just lay it in off the glass; that’s what that little box is for, pretty much goes in every time.

As a guy who played a rough style of hockey, growing up in Northwestern Ontario , all of Cherry’s unwritten rules do not apply to today’s game and he seems ridiculous when talking about. The game has changed for the better, but he has not. I will give him credit for his X and O’s knowledge. He is right a lot and

I am in no way a movie or Marvel/comics guy, but part of me wonders if this is why SOME people who are really into this stuff have trouble meeting and making friends. Both of these people seem like terrible people, people that I never would want to have a beer with.

I see what you are saying, but he was clearly boxed and tried to jump over his back anyways. Easily could have been a foul on Simmons for over the back. There were a lot of crappy calls in this game, this would have been the least of those. Let’s just agree that officiating has been atrocious.

I honestly don’t know what to make of this....... either narratives seem ridiculous. Most people don’t actively murder people in front of their families unless they are in real imminent danger and most law abiding staff do not try and rob/attack people in uniform, broad day light etc. It seems like the details are

I would agree on both, but how the ref missed that standing right there was unreal.

Alternate headline : Kyle Lowry boxed a person out the correct way and the idiot tried to jump over his back.

Thought it said 4 year olds, not four students. First day back to work after some holidays. Either way, being giddy isn’t a reason to strip search kids. They could do that every kid in the US every 10 minutes if that was the case.

At what point is a strip search appropriate for 4 year olds? The only, and only reason I can think of is if parents literally drug muled their kids and their health was at risk (Ive never heard of this) or if they suspected they had explosives on them (again, I have never heard of this). What reasonable person would

I thought of two things when she did this.

That play was brutal - I still can’t think of what the idea was there, they clearly needed a three and a lay up wouldnt have helped there. That being said, Lowry is getting ripped on a lot in this article for playoff performances, but this isn’t the year for it.  This is the best +/- in the NBA thus far in the
