Hey, NM has some good points! There’s a fantastic left turn in Albuquerque, for one thing.

Actually a decent sized bomb would be to much weight for a quad. Carrying a .45 pistol, on the other hand....
No SYG in CA.
Bonus bucks if it happens in the desert, and it’s a sandworm that nails the quad.
The illegality of dumping trash all over a park doesn’t stop- people from doing it. Not to mention other stupid crap people do, like starting a campfire and not extinguishing it properly, or tossing a cigarette butt into dry brush.
And you’re thirty years old? Jesus, you come off as fifteen, no older.
Defibrillators and dynamite are also very beneficial when used as tools in emergencies, but we don’t go around using them for fun.
And we can’t even swear at the anti-vaxxers on this one (although bitching generically at politicians might fill the gap, considering.)
Fox are the crap purveyors in question here.
I always had issues with iTunes, partly because it’s some of the most obnoxious bloatware around, and partly because there’s issues with the functionality of the thing — I wouldn’t even use it if it wasn’t for now owning an iPad. And even then, when I can put things on the iPad without using iTunes, I will.
Private Eye’s actually rather like the Onion — they just haven’t spun off their serious side as yet.
Nothing to do with Moffatt, and not coming from Auntie (aka the Beeb.) The Tories have been fucking with the BBC’s budget via the license fee and expensive impositions since they came into power in 2010 — so far they’ve dumped the costs of the World Service (originally paid for by the Home Office), S4C, and, now, the…
I’m waiting for Rob Bricken: The Movei myself.
You’re over there in Blighty, James, so you know what’s been going on with the BBC and budget/charter issues. I suspect this is going to come more out of the financial lunacy that the Tories are inflicted on Auntie than any issues of scheduling work on Who/Sherlock, given that the Sherlock schedule is at the mercy of…
I wish people would quit going on about Gaiman. He has zero actual *production* experience. The BBC wouldn’t even look at him for an exec producer role.
Auntie’s being shoved into the shitter with the aid of a Tory-wielded chainsaw.
Private Eye also produces a lot of non-satire material.
No, you’re not alone in this. I’m still getting used to the redesigns, especially in the comics — there the high collar element makes the visual aspect very unappealing, and the lack of the center element of the trunks is off-putting. It’s all shades of blue with cluttering lines and some red highlights.
So true. Or they’d mistake him for a gracefully aged Napoleon Solo.
Supergirl is firmly in the Berlantiverse.
