This might be one of the first times ever that I can honestly say that my first impulse was, “well, I can’t NOT try it now!”. I just feel a strong need to follow in the footsteps of the brave pioneers before me that ventured off into the wild unknown.

I know it kinda flies in the face of the dish, but do you think there is a worthy substitute for the chillies? Or as you’ve already covered, is the spice level beaten out by the flavor for those who might be heat-intolerant?
