Might be good to have one so that we, as a society, can retire the “family popcorn bowl is also the family puke bowl” thing.

hopefully it stays more towards the manga and 97 video game look. theyre wildly different from the 95 film and the animes that followed it.

The best part was that guy she hit was a million mile passenger. It was his Million Mile flight, and his birthday!

I almost experienced this with an ex girlfriend. She was very short. 5' at best. Probably 90 lbs. We sat in the exit row and the stewardess asked this question. I answered “of course”, and my girlfriend froze, actually uncertain of being physically capable. Both the stewardess and I were like “just say yes”, but being

When your airline offers $39 flights, you’re going to get the flying public who thinks Southwest is too snobbish for their blood.  And this is what you’re going to get.  I’d rather drive the I-95 corridor on 4th of July weekend than sit on a Frontier flight at any time.  There are more than enough YouTube videos out

1-star airlines have 1-star passengers.

You can if 98% of people are sickos.

I can’t hear you above all the laughing

I’m only one experience in millions, but my wife had a Hyundai Veloster a few years back, and it was damn near bullet proof. Only reason we got rid of it was for something bigger because our kids grew.

I used to think the same thing, until I finally watched the original Gundam, Zeta Gundam, and the other shows from the Universal Century (i.e. 08th MS Team, Stardust Memory, and War In The Pocket).

That Covid-19 era rewatch for me hit hard. I watched it the first time when I was lonely, depressed 19 year old so hit hard then too.

Yeah...I first saw it on bootleg VHS tapes from Chinatown probably around 00-02 when I was an innocent Christian girl either finishing up or straight out of college. I had no idea what that was supposed to be or at least didn’t think to connect those dots.

I like the ending of the TV show better, because I like Shinji learning how to imagine in a place in the world through the process of animation, but I love the use of live-action in the movie. The way it both acknowledges the passionate fan audience while talking about the importance of having a life beyond fiction is

To this day we are unsure. I assumed the combination caused some manner of existential crisis.

I would argue, as I do most things, release order is the way to go, the Reboot movies are pretty obtuse even by Evangelion standards. 3.0 is deeply confusing and while 3.0+1.0 does clarify its also a nearly 3 hour movie. Basically, the rebuilds total are most of the length of the original show.

I would watch the series

True story, I once showed End of Eva to my 16 year old cousin while he was drinking dark chocolate Godiva hot cocoa made with heavy cream instead of milk (it was like motor oil). He didn’t speak for 4 hours after the movie ended.

Yes.

this is how to look fantastic while you’re making a massive financial mistake.

That’s pretty bonkers. I’ve heard a lot of stories of exotics getting written off for minor bumps because insurance just wants to be rid of them too. Maybe they were just asking you to leave, legalese style?
