I’m not that interested in the game (didn’t buy or play it), but it seems like a pretty fresh concept (yes walking simulator blabla, but there’s a point to taking that approach and it definitely moves the genre forward). I know that people were upset about Death Stranding getting so many nominations, but the fact that Tommie Earl Jenkins didn’t get recognized for Death Stranding is a damn crime.

There’s one award they took out in the recent years, that I think they shouldn’t have: Best Game Developer (or Best Game Studio, don’t remember well). This year, it would have been interesting ro watch Nintendo, From Software, Kojima Productions, and Capcom duke it out.

So, is this a completely new console or just an upgraded Xbox one?

I legitimately did not see Sekiro taking it all. Figured it’d be Resident Evil 2, which didn’t actually win ANY awards tonight.

It wasn't lacklustre at all.

While I wish the one I wanted to win had won, I’m at least glad the one I didn’t want to have won didn’t win.

Microsoft isn’t saying “full backwards compatibility”. I’m expecting it to run any non-Kinect Xbox One title, including titles already backwards-compatible; but if it won’t play on Xbox One today, it doesn’t sound like it’ll play on the Series X.

So is Lockhart going to be called Xbox Series S?

Hellblade 2 looks great and I’m definitely gonna get it when it comes out but lets be real here.. Senua’s Saga isn’t exactly an epic on the same scale as GOW. I could be wrong when it is finally released but I would be glad if it does turn out as awesome.

I forgot about this feature, so I went and checked it out; apparently my musical tastes haven’t changed any in the past 4 years. Mostly stuff from the late-90's / early-00's, when I was “coming of age.”
