I am one of the affected, but honestly, I don’t know think there’s much reason to be upset.

It’s how it works on any device with internal storage. It has to run on an operating system, and other space allocated to internal things.

Obviously known that all devices with operating systems give you less than the advertised space...

That said, at least it’s the same game configuration, as far as what you’re sending over to the consoles. No new ‘next gen’ version is available.

I get that and all but like... getting this out the door pre-Christmas almost seems like beyond critical.

DS community is almost built on top of the speed run mentality.

It’s also a pretty niche genre on PC.  

Imagine thinking that announcing a time in advance is any better of an idea...

Is it? The Xbox has no sizzle to it.  Playstation holds all the cards, and doesn’t have to undercut anything this gen.

God of War I think really nailed this concept. Take something largely familiar, but make it feel like it wasn’t just lifted from 10 years ago or w/e.
