YEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSS!
I have been alive for a lot of questionable Bud campaigns, but this whole “we have no corn syrup!” thing may be the dumbest.
Back when dinosaurs roamed the earth, my brother and I were two young comic book readers watching the original Flash TV show and hoping that someday our favorite heroes would be portrayed in an exciting television universe. It took a while, but CW and Mr. Berlanti have done it. Their universe of heroes has been fun,…
Working as a clerk at Blockbuster Video was my very first summer job in high school. Truthfully, it was pretty terrible. Long lines, rude customers and late nights closing. But I do get a bit nostalgic for my high school days whenever I see that blue sign.........
This.....would frustrate me. Not twisting every plot and piece of character development to keep Malcolm Merlyn alive levels of frustration, but annoying all the same. Mr. Acevedo is obviously a very talented actor, but his arc really needs to come to a close.
I am a lawyer, so I enjoyed that too. :) The delivery of that line is perfect, and Louise continues to be just the best.
I actually think Diaz is gone for good this time. His whole big backstory arc last year was burning the tormentor of his youth to death to complete his rise to master criminal. Now, he has in turn been burned to death (probably by Black Siren, who was also part of that arc). The writers are just bringing things full…
That exchange between Louise and Bob in Carpe Museum is probably my favorite in the entire series. “Oh my God, am I your hero?!” “YOU ARE RUINING OUR PERFECT DAY RIGHT NOW!”
I really enjoyed this response and your perspective-thanks!
I don’t know if video games are an unexpected place, but every game put out by Supergiant (Bastion, Transistor, Pyre) has some of the best music out there.
I understand your point, but I respectfully disagree with some of it. I think that some of your assessment is based on assumptions that we don’t have evidence of, like weapons on orbital platforms or that 20 ships (if that is even the number) is all the Krill could muster from their space given how fast their advance…
“Identity” was a great, engaging two hours of sci-fi television. Bravo to Mr. McFarlane and everyone else working on the Orville. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite shows, and it seems to get better and better each outing. It is so great to have a show that has a “TNG” vibe on TV again.
I am really looking forward to seeing the conclusion of the Orville two parter tonight. The first episode was excellent-hope they stick the landing!
I have been a Cavs fan since 1986, and I will always be. Kyrie Irving is an incredible basketball player, and I am very thankful for his contributions to the Cleveland Cavaliers. The way he left really bums me out, but there is no way the Cavs win their championship without him. In terms of his play, there is zero…
Thanks so much for the kind words, and I’m glad you enjoyed the episode too!
The first thirty minutes of Ultron, including the Avengers hang sesh, is some of my favorite stuff in the whole MCU. It is also by far the best part of the film, which slopes gently downhill after that.
It has to be a Murder of Murderbots, right?
This was a really great episode, one that would not have been at all out of place compared against some really good TNG episodes. A all the way for me. I hope they stick the landing on the second part, because the first part was an excellent and engaging hour of television.
I hope that the people writing fake reviews like this stay home, so that it is easier for the rest of us to find seats, get popcorn, and generally enjoy the movie. The film will make a bajillion dollars regardless, and I am looking forward to seeing it.
