Most fun part of the whole crossover for me is still Team Flash following Oliver out into the hallway of deep discussions for one of their patented chats and Ollie staring at them all like: “What is happening right now?”

-” I understand why Supergirl wants to clear the decks of constantly having to deal with the question of why Superman doesn’t show up to help Kara during world-ending events.”
I am a huge baseball fan-I believe it is the best game ever invented, and I have been watching every season with rapt attention for almost 40 years.
You are absolutely correct-I just caught up on Netflix, and that show is great.
I am enjoying the show more than I did the past couple of seasons. It is still not nearly as good as it was in Season 1.
I think this review captures this episode very well-fun, but scattered and starting to feel a little stale with the time bureau stuff. I enjoyed it, but this episode could not be more than a solid “B” for me.......
This episode was just ok for me. I agree with the review about why Courtney and her dad work as antagonists and bring out the best in Gene-I just thought Work Hard or Die Trying Girl did all of it better. This felt like a bit of a retread to me, with Dad living though Courtney with skates rather than a musical.
“It was pretty far off from the correct pronunciation, but I didn’t say anything, because it seemed condescending.”
Golden Hour is a really good album and deserves acclaim. Congratulations to Ms. Musgraves!
I have been a practicing civil rights attorney for the past 15 years. This gives me no special insight, but I have been thinking about law my whole adult life. And, I have been arguing for term limits since law school. The way we do things on the highest court is absurd. I think that the Justices should continue to…
I am a gaming father of two, and this kind of thing happens to me regularly. I hate it, but that is the price when your gaming time is late at night when the family is tucked in bed.
I loved this movie as a kid. I have seen it since and it was not fun to see it as an adult, but I still appreciate the fun it provided in my youth.
I hear you, but I think Justified offered a perfect format for McShane to be villain of the week just one time. I agree that having him as a season big bad would have had the potential to be distracting (although I would watch!), but I think one episode would have been fantastic for everyone.
I wish I could star this more than one time........
I think that Deadwood is the best television show ever made, and I can do nothing but proceed with unbridled optimism that this is going to happen. It may lead to tears later, but I can’t do anything else.
I still think the ultimate missed opportunity was no Ian McShane role on Justified.
This is a great article with great suggestions-especially about regarding games (or any hobby!) as self-care. We all need down time activities to recharge.
I am glad I am not the only one! :)
Darkest Dungeon is the white whale of my gaming. It is a fantastic game, but very taxing to play. In January 2017, I got to the champion level of dungeons and decided to take a break before pushing to the end. Then a bunch of games I was interested in came out........and I have not picked it up since.
Sound has always been much scarier to me than anything you see. Audio of what might be lurking in the darkness is always chilling. So my scariest game is The Suffering on PS2. There was a lot that was worn out and hokey about the game (although it was fun), but the sound design was immaculate. So many scary noises…
