Eh. 240 years is a pretty good run. :)

I mean no offense at all, as you are certainly entitled to your opinion. But I don't understand why I have been seeing variants of this comment for months. The nation elected a pop culture fixture and reality TV star for President. Of course pop culture sites are going to cover it. And if that logic doesn't sway you,

I am beyond sick of Republican in Congress and Senators who scream about patriotism at rallies and then refuse to uphold the rule of law on the floor. People who care more about reelection and partisanship than upholding basic principle. It is staggering that the national republican party has allowed this shitshow to

I agree with this. Normalizing Trump with "all politicians suck" is a big part of the problem here. There are things we all hate about politics from both parties, but there has always been basic rules for truth telling and civility. Trump has shattered those, a base con artist operating at a whole different level.

I KNEW the air smelled faintly of fertilizer and desperation today!

This reminded me that one of the best Simpsons laughs was the Wiggum reaction to being booted:

LOL!

Quit playing Arkham Knight and go to the movies. I hear there is one out now you might enjoy. :)

For a while, I was sure the show had brought Tommy back as the villain this past year. The choice of Chase as bad guy ended up being excellent, but I still would like to see TM brought back somehow.

I thought that too, but then remembered Walter appeared in Season 2 to help try to get Queen Consolidated back for Oliver.

This is fantastic news. After a great season 5, more Slade in season 6 is a great way to keep the show rolling.

I just wish everyone would respect each other more. I know it sounds corny, but things would be so much better with more kindness and empathy. Free speech and all that aside: I want more civility in public discourse. You can disagree with someone and still treat them with the dignity due another human being.

Criticizing your government is what Democracy is all about. I love America with all my heart. And, when my leaders do something I don't like, Democrat or Republican, they are damn well going to hear from me. The ability-the duty-to do that is what makes America so fantastic.

AV Club only of course!

The actions of this President are completely indefensible, today, every day. This is not about the differences between democrats and republicans-there is always room for debate about the best way to govern. This is about the person that he is and the way he treats people. Mean and uncivil to a degree that is toxic

The media is supposed to "dish it out". The job of the news media is to hold every admin., Democrat and Republican, accountable for their actions. Trump's job is not to try to dismantle that check on his power, or to use twitter to lob personal insults at people who say things he doesn't like. He is supposed to work

Congress is going to have a hard time replacing the zero Chaffetz was doing on House oversight. Thank goodness there is absolutely nothing to see in the Trump administration except winning, but they better fix this huge void in leadership before a democratic Congressman in a vulnerable seat gets a parking ticket or

Sigh. My youngest loves the Minions, so I will be enduring this soon at a multiplex near you.

Sometimes she has to! The funnies are in there!

What a shame. I always really enjoyed his performances.
