I enjoyed this game-it was one of my favorite combat systems ever (Arkham) ported to a cool setting. And it is an interesting idea that the ending-which left me feeling empty as well-is a rumination on the futility of revenge.

I am torn about this-The Dark Tower is one of my favorite book series ever, and I will watch. But it is hard for me to get too excited because I thought the last two books were so much worse than the rest of the series (of course, that is only my opinion-reasonable minds will differ). It is going to be hard for me to…
I think Slade was probably a worse wing man to Oliver on the island than stein was in this episode. But it is a lot closer than I would have expected…..
My first thought when one armed Ollie emerged from the shadows was: "It still hurts when its cold."
I upvoted your post because the last episode of Voyager and the actions taken therein bother me to this day……
This episode mattered because: "EVERY FUTURE IS WORTH FIGHTING FOR." Or something. Hey, it is still a better explanation than the one we got for Barry's Dad going straight from prison to the airport. The storytelling is improving!
Well…..I can't disagree with the review and a lot of the comments: The story was pretty clumsily told. But this was the most fun Legends by far-it was the first one to have that event/crossover feel this show is going for. So I enjoyed it, even though I had to shut my brain off.
This was a really good episode overall, but I did not like the last five minutes. I just wish that Oliver and Felicity had made some attempt to talk this out after all they have been through. If the choice is for the engagement to be put in peril, it would have been good to see that arc play out over multiple episodes…
That is very true-the coming episodes could feature great twists and be amazing. I guess my overall point is that: a) no matter which way it ultimately resolves, the story appears to have some version of Jay as a major component and b). Because of Jay's poor character development, it is much harder for me to care…
Last season, "Harrison Wells" was a mentor and friend to Barry. The writers and Tom C. did such a great job establishing that character that his betrayal of Team Flash was devastating.
I…..would watch the hell out of such a talk show.
You may be right. That would have been a great way to establish the depth that I think is missing from that story line. And, it would be more interesting than this year's flashbacks……
True enough, although I think in that scenario that is what the writers on this show are going to do. It gets them out of killing off a major character while featuring a death they believe has weight. The problem, as many have pointed out, is that the Arrow writers have not established this story line with much depth.
I am wondering if she is already dead, and that is how DD got to William. If so, then we know who is in that grave……
Good Morning,
I really like this show, but last night's outing….was not good. There are so many plotting problems on this show right now. They infect every episode. The two that bothered me most last night:
I completely agree with what Britta is writing. I had a lot of fun watching this episode. But Barry being partially responsible for getting Earth 2 Joe killed because he was goofing off really bugged me. I can't even imagine how it would be to go to another world to find yourself married to another version of the girl…
Hi Ninja, hope you are having a good afternoon. My issue is not with the story choices (although I will miss Patty if she is gone), but with the plotting of the show.
Flash is a good show that I really enjoy. But the issues with the Patty/ridiculous "should I tell her or not" plot noted in the review dragged this episode way down for me. One of the weakest episodes of the series so far.
Best pop culture news ever. Deadwood is the best television I have ever seen. More time in that world with those characters is a true gift.
