That's one of the most accurate pictures I've seen of the color. It has a decent amount of pearl in it, so it's very light dependent.
My wife drives a 1 of 200 WRX that they built in Tangerine Orange Pearl for 2013. It always looks darker in photos but looks great in sunlight. I'm glad they didn't use that horrid burnt orange that has become so common on everything. Burnt orange to me says "I wanted a bright in your face color, but not too much."
