Pretty sure there are a lot more than 6 articles on Gawker blogs attacking people. Way to completely overreact. People sure seem pissed that Univision doesn’t want to follow Gawker’s original owners plan for a certain demise.

Basically Gawker fell on hard times due to some bad habits and substance abuse and became homeless, and a neighbor down the street said “Yeah, okay. You can come live with me. But I’m not paying off your bookies.” And Gawker and it’s commentors went “YOU SELFISH FUCK!”

I love how the internet encourages everyone to jump to dumb hyperbole. The world is not collapsing because Univision decided to (incredibly slowly) delete old articles nobody was actively reading anymore anyway well after they have been archived.

I’d love to know what, exactly, you think this has to do with the first amendment. Last I checked, Univision wasn’t the government.

Univision is Congress?

UPDATE: They have decoded it, and it includes text and an image.

Dwight Eisenhower made one gigantic mistake as president, and there can be argument about other blunders. He overthrew, at the bidding of what would become British Petroleum, a democratically elected prime minister in Iran, a slowly but surely modernizing nation that would have been a beacon to others in the region

When we get our hands on that text message the NFL and the Hall of Fame have a serious, serious problem and we expect this to reach all the way to the top.

In my experience as someone who was a Mercy main, but drifted away from her due to her being underpowered, it’s basically impossible to play Mercy when you’re high enough in competitive.

The No. 2 won the Money In The Bank ladder match. Therefore guaranteeing himself a shot against No. 1 whenever he wants. Pretty common knowledge, if you ask me.

When people say something that offends you, they’re morally superior jerks who are hating on you. When you say something that offends other people, they’re “weak willed” and you aren’t “being a jerk at all.”

Look, I’ll come at this from a different angle. You ever play sports? I play sports. Now when we finish a game, it is customary, in pretty much every sport, to shake hands with your opponent. This usually comes with “Good game”.
That’s where the practice came from, that’s why people do it in online games.
Now you walk

If my baton hand-off efforts were interrupted by the stroke of a hot Brazilian, I’d probably lose control and just wildly toss it as well.

According to the patch notes, the only change to McCree is how activating his ultimate depletes his meter. If he doesn’t fire the high noon shot (before of an interruption or a cancel), his meter will be depleted in relation to the time he spent on high noon instead of just going back to 50%. Doesn’t seem like a major

This isn’t “new Kotaku.” They’ve published “The Internet Reacts To: X” articles before, often in the same format as this one.

Also not “new”: Prescriptivist commenters demanding change to suit their personal tastes, whilst wholly ignoring the fact that no one forced them to click on the article that so injured them in

I feel sorta bad for any of the MGS fans who are like “Huh well this doesn’t look SO bad. Maybe not great, but it could be ok. Let’s just wait and see how it is guys.”

I don’t see Grandia II, Final Fantasy IV, and Secret of Mana here. Your list is officially rejected:
