I thought the first Thor was pretty good. Chris looked stupid with his dyed beard, but generally the film was fun.

Fantastic Beasts barely has any relationship to Harry, Hermoine and Ron, which are who UK fans of Harry Potter generally care about.

Some walk by night, some walk by day.

I hated Sentry and it really sucked when Bendis dragged him into his New Avengers run. Marvel has more than enough Superman clones without the need for a ‘lost from Stan’s memories/plot twist no he wasn’t’ character.

Well half of that statement is correct (sorry Sheena) 😀.

Because Will won his award fair and square. Taking it away from him for this doesn’t undo the slap, doesn’t compensate Chris Rock and doesn’t change what happened.

Daniel was on Good Morning Britain, a fairly run of the mill breakfast tv show, to promote his new film.

I know folks keep mentioning it, but I don’t Will and Jada are Scientologists. Maybe they (or Jada) had a passing look, but I’m pretty Will has stated in the past he fairly agnostic.

Daniel Radcliffe sums it up best for me “I saw it, I’m just so already dramatically bored of hearing people’s opinions about it, that I just don’t want to be another opinion added to it.”

I daresay Chris Rock didn’t know about Jada’s alopecia, probably because most comedians are making cracks about her’s and Will’s marriage.

I think it’s Kevin Fiege who’s supposed to bothered by No Way Home’s lack of Oscar recognition, at least that’s what Film Twitter tells me.

The Academy’s totally snubbing of The Color Purple is one of the odder decisions in Oscar’s history.

Killing off Mr Heckles was the worst plot choice of the original Friends run. Second would be the whole Rachel Joey thing.

As crass as this possibly sounds, Dolly deserves to be in HoF just for Whitney’s cover of I Will Always Love You.

Congrats to Will, I take it he’s the front runner for Best Actor for Oscars?

Fair point. It probably would have changed the tone of Schumacher’s Batman, but maybe Carrey’s Riddler could have still worked if he was slightly more restrained.

I need to check that out.

Fair point, I could have worded that better.

Debra Messing sits wailing in the corner.

Yeah it was a crying shame that Billy Dee wasn’t in Batman Returns, setting up his eventual turn into Two Face. As that way it would have been harder for Warners to dump him in favour of Tommy Lee Jones. Though I guess the recent Oscar win made him hot and it made sense in box office terms.
