I blame the studio more, I daresay the film’s box office wasn’t quite enough to merit a sequel. Despite it being comfortably in Guy Ritchie’s wheelhouse and what most of his audience wants from his films.

IMO the second one is what created the franchise. If it had bombed as badly as Tokyo Drift, I doubt we’d have got to the four one.

I’d say he probably met him at Theo’s trial, assuming he somehow didn’t get let off on charges of robbery and hostage taking.

Titanic like a “good” films is very watchable. Credit where credit’s due, James Cameron knows how to create a crowd-pleaser. Hook us in with the romantic love story, then impress us with the real time sinking in the last third.

Shame we never got to see Hitchcock’s version of the Titanic disaster. I only found out recently that his big US movie debut was meant to be about Titanic.

I took “it sucks” to mean “it sucks we weren’t asked to be involved in the reboot”. Otherwise it’s pretty silly to slag off a show as sucking if you haven’t even watched it.

I can totally see the part where Holly and Rose are being bitter about not being in the reboot, but I’m missing the bit where they are “putting down other WOC”.
