Yep 😀

I’ll put in a good word for Den of Thieves, which was surprisingly good imo.

Revolver is the only film I’ve ever had trouble understanding what the hell it is about. The plot for that film is so confusing and a complete mess.

The Stath in Spy was one of the most glorious things. He needs to do more comedy, he’s a natural.

Fair points.

It’s a bit hard to watch any pop culture film/tv show these days and not see Mark Strong 😀

I’m annoyed that we’re not likely to get the sequel we were promised at the end of the film. I liked those characters and want to see more of them.

Exactly!

I was a little thrown by the semi twist that Sir Ken did for Orient Express. I’m dubious about how he’ll be able to the the same for Nile.

Cesar Romero is the best movie version of Joker - fight me.

“I love all my children equally...”

I read this in James Earl Jones voice.

I prefer the deleted opening/closing scenes we could have had for Avengers (Assemble) that are included on blu ray release. Maria is framing narrative for the story and at the very least gives Cobie more to do than in the final product.

I would watch this show.

I loved Death’s Head, he was a great addition to Transformers UK comics.

I couldn’t honestly say what sticks out fashion wise for this or the last decade. At least with the 90's you have the baggy jeans, flat top or Jordan style shaved heads and (in UK at least) rave culture.

I think this only Adam Sandler film to break out into the UK public consciousness. He seemed to be a big star in America but, partly due to our limited access to SNL, wasn’t that well known over here.

The Ladykillers (Coen) is a hate crime against an Ealing Comedy classic.

As for evil Tom Hanks, wasn’t his first film role the bad guy in some Haloween-type slasher movie? Not that I’ve seen it

Somehow this even made its way over the Atlantic to UK (or I watched on holiday in Barbados - the 90's were a hazy age for me).
