Their Finest might the start of some good things. I missed it at the cinema, but I hear good things about it.

Shocking. Positively shocking.

Fiona Fullerton was wasted as a one scene old rival/flame of Bond's, when she should have been the Bond girl instead of Roberts.

Feuding Sellers and Welles refused to do scenes together, which to the credit of the film you don't notice.

Clown has to be the biggest WTF? of Moore's era.

Hey Don't Be Cruel.

If you only bother to watch one Moore film then The Spy Who Loved Me is the one to go for, as that has all the best elements of his era without any major issues (Moore too old or the plots too OTT).

It's even worse than that as Bond should be playing Baccarat, but the producers didn't think anyone would understand that game.

Technically not an official Bond film as it's not made by EoN.

In an ideal work Jack Lord would have been Felix in more films.

My issue with Quantum of Solace is that it's just b plot/continuation of Casino Royale. The story didn't grip, I think I figured out the water twist about 5 minutes before it's revealed on screen. The villain is nondescript and the overall feel of the film was a bit meh.

Well that's my evening sorted.

You take that back, Dudley's best performance is in the criminally underrated (and little seen) Best Defense.

The credits sequence is even better if you mute the Madonna song.

Yeah sure, that was his excuse.

No one sneers as good as Toby.

Never trust the French :p

"Right lets completely abandoned the premise of those last three, with some really muddled thinking for the final two."

"Congratulations on your lottery win. Now I'm afraid you have to die!"

I disagree about Goldeneye, I bought 'mirror image Bond' from Sean. In an ideal world we'd have had some extra scene back the Cold War time, to really solidify their (professional) friendship.
