A certain % of Ant Man (hecks know how much) is based on what Edgar wrote, so he would have some credit for that. Granted not the same as making the film outright, but you wouldn't think that would get held against him.
I'd love to see what he'd do with Ewoks.
It's a terrible film when you consider the real life story it is based on.
