Okay, post-Claremont years.

If Fox had wanted to they could have told Trank to make his FF disaster be part of X-Men universe. Though I hesitate to think what sort of story gymnastics the film would have had to do to work that in.

I disagree, the writing for Storm across all the X-Men movies has been bad. Apocalypse proved that to me.

In Fox's defence they're just following Marvel's template from the Chris Claremont years.

I think you'll find we got rounded up and shot. While the American got to go back to his cooler.

First Class was also the by-product of a defunct Magneto Origins movie. Not as much work needed to be done to turn it into a regular X-Men film.

Poor bloke, what a sucky consolation prize.

Yet William Hurt can pull off the look in five minutes.

While I liked Kong: Skull Island, none of the cast was well served by the script.

It's a good film, very funny.

There's only so many roles Samuel L Jackson can do in one year.

Only if the genie gets to dance for one second with another genie in a scene that doesn't imply anything but will create a little bit of misleading buzz for the film.

The rest of us were too baffled trying to make sense of the narrative.

Seems to me that Eddie Murphy would be a better choice, at least he can do impressions.

Are they going with the documentary angle this time?

Failing that can we have the Will Smith that starred in Made in America?

That film isn't as bad as people make out. It did fairly okay when it opened early in UK. I think due to avoid clashing with London Olympics.

Typical wine person always….erm.

Yep me too.

Why doesn't he do an open top motorcade patrol through downtown Dallas?
