I think Rex’s plan was to hand the guy his drink and tower over him, making it clear that it was time for him to go, but the lady fleeing caused the splash. What did blue shirt prick say to get to that point though?

If you’re looking for a fun stat for future Mariners misery blogs, no team has ever used more players through this point in the season than the M’s.

In defense of white shirt kid, his initial glee at witnessing the meltdown fades at the end and he abruptly recognized the utter emptiness of his initial joy in light of the impotence apparent in Kyrgios’ sad rage. I actually think he grew as a person there.

IMO you really don’t need spikes, a glove, ball marker, or a divot tool either. Spikes are helpful if it’s wet, but if you’re not an enthusiast, it’s ok to golf exclusively when it’s sunny. Also, cheap spikes, like some cheap shoes, can suck to walk in, and you’d rather have your $60 back.

I had never seen this before. I love it, it is beautiful. Thank you for sharing.

This is a hilarious take. Never stop never stopping.

Cassidy from the TV show Preacher. Bone that vampire for sure. Let’s keep this spinning, GMG. Can I please get a Would You survey of vamps from the Jez crew next?

I remember the broadcast crew’s kind of awed musings in the late second quarter (I think) about how the score was dramatically unrepresentative of the game being played. Hawks got jobbed.

When the housing bubble burst launching the Great Recession in 2008, the costs for lots of things went down, particularly construction materials and I assume labor.

Jamila is so great. Noname is so great. Shout out to Chicago lady poet/musicians.

Haven’t met a Seattlite that likes Matt Calkins though. Fuck that guy.

Yeah I appreciate this. ESPN has only slanted more liberal in that their networks have focused more on people talking and less on highlights during an era where the definition of “liberal” has been expanded to cover anything that doesn’t parrot the increasingly insane perspectives of Fox News and the conspiracy theory

I thought the exact same thing: like Stephen A. had become visual shorthand for “the worst possible shit on TV.” (Not that this does anything to discourage that becoming a thing).

He told you it ruled extremely hard. Were you still not braced for just how hard that ruled?

If he has health insurance, I don’t think it’s likely to cover the cost of home modifications, for one, or a wheelchair-compatible vehicle. I’m sure there are other expenses he’s likely to incur that will be ongoing and outside of the scope of his insurance as well.

NBA still so behind on kinesiology

It’s definitely connected, one way or another. If he had comprehensive health insurance he would have an avenue to address his depression and anxiety, wherever it stemmed from, via talk therapy and medication. I’m sorry he involved you in taking his own life and Raul Labrador and his ilk can absolutely eat shit.

Gary Barta has a demonstrated history of overreacting. Just ask Kirk Ferentz’s extremely lucky agent.

The very good dog is taking shelter right behind Kelce’s formidable torso. That dog’s mama didn’t raise no fool.

This is my advice: Smoke a joint.
