I still hold faith that at least some, if not most, of his followers may be able to somehow find him repulsive someday. For that reason ONLY do I wish to see him torn down rather than dead. If that fucker achieves martyrdom…
I'm always hoping the stress of the job will kill him (not the nicest thought, I know). But he clearly doesn't take anything seriously so I'm pretty sure he's actually, inadvertently, pretty fuckin' Zen all the time.
I've felt like an asshole a lot this year because, personally, I've had the best year in at least the last 5. If not longer. Then I think of everything that's going on in the world at large and it just… kinda takes the shine off things.
Again, you're missing the point. To them it's not a "person", it's a person. Try to follow that line of thinking for a few seconds and see if you can understand their outrage over the whole thing. I don't think it's hard.
You should never try to stop someone from killing another person? You've just fallen into the exact logical blind spot that 10Cities10Years and dcp were talking about.
Does that matter? They can still vote and they still do so in an easily pandered to and predictable bloc. There's no correlation between the "good and decency" that's attributed to them by… mostly themselves and their desirability as a voting constituency. If the left is ever going to get its shit together they (we, I…
I've been eyeballing that Bebop set for most of this week. I have a knock-off of "The Perfect Sessions" collection but it's a bit crap. Was the only thing I could find 15 or so years ago when I bought it.
I prefer them. Didn't even know it was a thing till I saw this article. I just find them a lot easier to use than the soft key or laptop style ones. I like haptic feedback. I'm also virulently anti-hipster.
What if it's both? I mean, I find her insufferable for these kinds of things. I also find her physically off-putting. But A) that has nothing to do with the first point and B) would be a complete non-issue if she didn't insist on flaunting her physical appearance in what appears to be some bizarre attempt at baiting…
Worked for Trump.
And yet rural, Midwesterners get shit on for living in a bubble…
What circle of Hell are you trapped in that those are the people around you? Jesus, if I criticized Swift in any social circle I ever inhabit I'd just get weird looks and a confused "Why are you talking about Taylor Swift?".
I know I've seen Pod People and I *think* I've seen I Accuse My Parents. One of the other ones that stands out for me is Racket Girls. It's got some good zingers and then the "Hey, Joe" joke out of nowhere. I think it nearly killed me.
I thought Peter Stormare was the icing on the cake for that one. The tiny bit of the two of them together was amazing.

I have quite the crush on Wilde but I don't think she has the physicality for the action movie stuff. She's always come across more ethereal and otherworldly to me. Which doesn't quite lend itself to convincingly punching people in the face.
I haven't seen a whole lot of MST3K (I have the movie) but Giant Spider Invasion is quite possibly the funniest piece of media I have ever experienced. "VVVAAAAAANNNNCEEEEE!!!!???"
Fair enough. I had no idea about any of that. I enjoyed the game for building on and refining the gameplay mechanics that were so much fun in the first one. And for letting me indulge in my own "Get away from her, you bitch!!" moments with the Little Sisters.
There's still stuff like "Kubo" out there. I took my 7 year old nephew to that earlier this year and he said he liked it. He's even getting it for Christmas from me.
