You’ve obviously stumbled onto a hot topic and my answer will likely get buried, but I’ll give it a go.
What about my Ranger RS from Cars and Coffee in October of last year?
This is a trend that greatly annoys me. And it’s now trickled down to even the lowest car companies. I consider myself a fan of Ford but they are a key offender here...
He was because he only moved it a couple of feet before getting out. But he got out because he almost passed out haha.
I used to work at a car wash in high school. Basically nothing in a car surprises me any more. Enough trash that you couldn’t see the carpet anywhere, mystery stains everywhere, cars that outright smelled like feces, enough nicotine on windows that we literally couldn’t get it off (it just smeared around), skeletons…
Our 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth we bought in May with only 13k miles had depreciated 53% of it’s sticker price!
I’ll be darned. The perfect house does exist.
I’ve only ever owned 5-speeds so I always forget to use 6th gear when it’s there.
Surely there’s something under there besides just the badge. Why would they do that? Maybe they’re just a bunch of psychopaths..?
I see them on the street all the time!
Haha fair.
Well...I don’t know how much adding 26" wheels with 40 section with tires really helps off-road capability...
Maybe “flashy” to a car person, but any of my non-car friends would be completely baffled as to why I was stoked to see some old, square-bodied, 80's Buick.
Garage = car barn.
Then I suppose it’s time to start building my army.
THANK YOU.
Exactly. My family certainly wasn’t wealthy, but my parents knew how not to live above their means. They certainly set a good example.
The greater problem (for your second statement) is people never being taught what living in their means looks like. Financial literacy in our country isn’t great. The most I was taught about money in school was a basic understanding of how interest works and how to balance a checkbook. Helpful.
I’d like to throw in that while I was digging around in pricing the other day, I learned another benefit to the iUP.
