Yeah, but what aspect of hops? Bitterness or citrus flavors or more dank-earthy flavors? And there’s really no consumer-facing measurement of “hops” in a beer (IBU measures bitterness but not hop flavor), so it’s hard for bartenders to make that determination, I think.
