I thought his super-ness came across enough in his first outing. He was punching guys into walls, doing some crazy acrobatics, etc. But he had his team most of the time, and behind that the whole US Army backing him up, so he knew and we knew he was clearly on the “side of right.”

No, that’s exactly what suspension of disbelief means. Accepting something that’s otherwise improbable and it’s stunning you don’t know this. What’s more it means you cannot accept any fiction whatsoever because every thing from drama to mysteries to romance to fantasy utilizes it.

I don’t necessarily disagree with Superman having to kill Zod in Man of Steel to stop him. My biggest issue with that is it should have had serious repercussions for Superman’s psyche. That next movie should have been about him coming to grips with what he had done (even to save the Earth), and trying to atone for it.…

That is tv series, movies, documentaries, limited series, etc. They always have something new to watch, and many of my favorite items is me just browsing through and clicking on something that looks interesting.
