This unsurprising, yet still horrific. I don’t buy their excuses at all. You don’t just accidentally include such a link. To have that link means they’re surfing those kinds of sites regularly.
Hey, America, you think you can front me some votes? I’ll totally pay you back in tax cuts after I get elected. Come on, you know I’m good for it!
Same here. I’d so much rather play Risk, and that includes all the times the game ends with someone getting so pissed they flip the board over in frustration.
And there totally wouldn’t be a bunch of false positives due to the ambien walrus.
This is a common component of narcissism and related personality disorders. You are either with them or against them. If you don’t love them unconditionally, you are the enemy. I’ve watched people like this flip so fast it would make your head spin.
I never wonder. I’ve known too many women who have been hurt by men to wonder.
Exactly. They really tell on themselves when they make the assumption that atheists are inherently immoral because they don’t fear eternal punishment.
Missed a couple of [sic]s. “...so called ‘womans right’[sic] bullshit. Ive[sic] seen...”

Even modern facilities with government oversight still have problems with abuse and neglect. The turnover rate for staff is so high that sooner or later you end up with at least one person that shouldn’t be working with people that can easily be victimized. People that genuinely care get burned out easily.
I’ll have to look into that stuff. I have fibro, and even my most comfortable desk chair causes me great pain after a half hour of sitting. So I appreciate the recommendation!

Cue triggered fascists trying to “well actually” about antifa...

I should note that those I worked with were in a facility or a particular group home specifically because of that danger. The vast majority of people with mental-illnesses are…
This is a completely horrible claim to make, but what makes it egregious is that republicans have never given a fuck, and never will give a fuck, about mental illness except as a fucking scapegoat they can use.
The whole “right to exist” argument is so ridiculous on its face, and yet that’s exactly what they say to support their apartheid state and continued violence against Palestinians whether they pose a threat or not (and even when they do, they aren’t exactly in any sort of position to do any damage to the state, let…
Lot’s of purposefully missing the point in the replies to this.
And this: “In her letter to the Israeli government, Tlaib had said this was potentially the last time she could see her grandmother, who is in her 90s.”
This shit is infuriating. Institutions are generally bad for people with mental health problems. That kind of environment is bad for anyone’s mental health. That’s why we started moving as many people with developmental disabilities into group homes wherever possible - because it’s much healthier. There are still…
