The only "knee-jerk reaction" here was the one you had to my initial comment. I genuinely couldn't figure out why you'd be excited by "Jose" unless that was your name or was some jokey pop-culture meme I didn't know about. (More to the point, I couldn't figure out why so many others — the thumbs-uppers — were so

When Texas goes blue that will be the final nail in the coffin for the Republican party as we know it.

Man, this kid is having more fun in 3 minutes than I've had all year.

This little girl almost makes me want to have kids. Almost.

Why hello giant sucker punch to the ovaries.

My three-year-old just said she wanted to be this little girl for Halloween.

It's kids like this that make children's dance recitals tolerable. You do you tiny dancer, you're going places!

This is adorable.

Goddamnit, internet. Please stop making me want to have kids so bad.

I love how she did exactly what she was supposed to - she had fun!! And she kept having fun even after the song ended!! (honestly, though, she looked like the only one who was enjoying herself)

As ever, step lightly through the grey folks

"Home" is a great X-Files episode, but a little campy. For me, the scariest (outside of Flukeman slithering into a portopotty) episode was "Die Hand dei Verletzt." The creeptastic substitute teacher as Satan, the wriggling dead pig embryo, tails of incest and forced abortion, Satanic cults, and a giant Python in a

Oh man, Home. That episode severely compromised my mental heath.

Good list so far. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that #1 will be one of the following: "Hush" (from BUFFY), "Home" (from X-FILES), or "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet" (from TWILIGHT ZONE).
