dude, there's a difference. Trying to equate this like you did shows that you're either disingenuous, or deliberately trying to wave away such an act by crying 'PC Brigade'
The difference is when it finally launches, it won't have awful menus, terrible AI and difficulty levels, garbage sound effects, half the cars won't be reused from 2 games past, and they may actually look at what the rest of the world has done in the past 10 years when considering features.
