I mean, I can sketch out the design of a smartphone or a device, or even whip up a decent digital rendering. But that’s far from designing the device... Drawing a concept is NOT design.

I think what you really mean is that he wasn’t brown... Muslim is a religion, not a skin color.
Not to mention that he had some kind of bag on him.
I def. didn’t question the video either. Grew up in Florida. Those things are everywhere. As are the snakes. That one just happens to have gotten extremely large. Which is unique since most large gators get trapped and removed long before they get to this size. Just imagine how many of this size are swimming around…
It’s probably because the image was pulled from Facebook. Facebook uses insanely high compression on it’s JPGs. It’s utterly horrible. I’ll post photos across social media and it always looks the absolute WORST on Facebook. The Facebook compression makes some images borderline unusable like this one.
If he extinguished the gasoline flames, doesn’t that mean some residual gasoline was left on the water surface? Isn’t that not really the best idea for a pool you intend to use?
Not to mention the fact that most people can’t hear the difference between a quality set of headphones w/ DAC vs a pair of $4 drug store plastic ear buds.
Science! The whole point is to learn and get a better understanding of things! Thanks for all the better informed responses!
Thanks, I stand corrected.
Prisms bend/refract light, mirrors reflect it...
I am hilariously terrible at this game. But it’s so satisfying as the way that you incrementally get better and learn is really really satisfying. Or the horror of planning out several hours of mission only to have it go awry because you forgot one tiny little component.
LEARN TO USE ADJUSTMENT LAYERS WITH LAYER MASKS
Someone get this guy a gimbal and I’d watch this all. day. long.
Except that if they release it w/ the delay like they’ve done previously, viewers will definitely flock to Top Gear Amazon. They have to expect that people will be watching both and just will watch whichever comes first. Even if there’s a slight difference in production, I’d venture to say people just want more…
A lot of contract negotiation probably was at play. Everything was planned and set but it was penning signatures on specific things and a lot of rubber stamps. Agencies can sometimes approve plans without owner approval, the new owner just can’t move on construction until authorized. They probably expected this to all…
Data farm.
Note that it’s not just zoning code, but new construction in the United States has minimum accessibility codes which mandate certain clearances around say toilets and bathtubs, and clear space around doors to ensure that the disabled or handicapped can adequately be housed.
While this is great and all space planning wise, I’d venture to say this kind of millwork costs an arm and a leg and outside of purchase price, probably would cost on the order of 6 figures if done in Manhattan. So you have to figure that into the equation. Maybe it makes sense when studios start going for $1m.
I like that one too. I think the use of larger 20 year generations might’ve been more applicable in early parts of the 20th century, but with the rise of technology as a dominant force in our culture, we’ve gotten much greater fractioning of generations. Someone born in 1980 definitely had a different world growing up…
