@Psyfa: I want that for Arkham Asylum, complete with 60's theme song!

@vote quimby: Disney owns Marvel now, Buzz could happen. But Mickey Mouse is more likely.

@Young-King-Ady: Hit sparks go a long way to convey the impact of the attack, and that's not only in fighting games but in every type of violent game.

@Jellopnik: Activision has permission for Spider-Man action games and Capcom has permission for Spider-Man fighting games.

@graavigala: "Jones said they felt that Ninja Theory would be a good fit for DmC because they felt the studio knew how to make solid melee games"

Now playing

@vote quimby: I prefer the latin american spanish version. (just because it's the one I grew up with)

@Tae.One: I always thought most western games are less focused and feel very loose, yet many japanese games tend to be very polished and feel snappy/tight.

@Clixx13: awww you're no fun :(

"I want to study how Westerners live..."

@SpinachPuffs: Depends on the game you're playing, since the Wii comes in standard DVDs many games for it have comparable loading times to those of the Playstation 2 or Xbox. Even many Gamecube games had standard loadings.

@mainachou: It is disappointing because while I don't really mind the platform (I would even play on the toilet if it was a gaming platform) all my friends whom I played with all those years ago don't like playing on PC, and I don't like playing with strangers.

Hopefully Sega realizes that a huge part of what made PSO special was its atmosphere, there was this sense of dread and desperation accentuated with haunting and atmospheric music. Its kind of dark sci-fi aesthetic is timeless.

Well at least we know story-wise this will be very interesting, I'll pray the gods for the combat system to feel good. The devs said they're trying to make it less like God of War and more like Ninja Gaiden so I hope they get that right.

@miseryindex: In the current market that would fail miserably. The only way an HD Symphony would happen is if they went low-budget, outsurced it to Chair or something, and released it digitally for 15 bucks, then call it a success if it manages to sell 100000 copies.

Starcraft II: Advent Children anyone?

@Stompy1: Change it to any of the other 5 languages and voilá! (you can still have subtitles)

@Jeff Brown: I know, I was just being playful.

@igloochan: As of right now? Ys Seven and Phantasy Star Portable 2. :D

@Jeff Brown: Phantasy Star Portable 2? It's a game I plan on buying and and excited about, but being more interested in that than in a new Valkyria is just, wrong.

This is a decision made by Square-Enix to help reach a broader audience, it's just like what companies do in America to get a T rating.
