Never said it was a good or bad thing, but it’s interesting to note that if the suit is successful and Section 230 is declared unconstitutional, there really won’t be social media (as it currently exists) for the plaintiffs to then use.

It wouldn’t matter if Twitter (et al.) were completely consistent or wildly inconsistent: they are private companies who can do whatever the hell they want in this regard.

And yet, in places like DC where both student spending and minority enrollment are overwhelmingly high, we still don’t see results. Nice try, though.

This is why I always laugh when America trumpets how much we spend per student. We never mention how many horrible people are in positions of power over those students, negating whatever advantages they may get by attending school.
