Based on what i’ve read from other DC shows, the Earth-Prime reboot really changed things, it’s just one of those wait and see what happens.  Which means Legends will have some awesome stuff come back.

If everything goes back to status quo, the whole crossover will be a colossal failure.  If they surprise us and give Brandon Routh’s Superman his own show or chance of cameos in the future, that will be the best surprise from all this.

You need to get better weapons.  Try looking for some.  It will allow you to kill them first before they kill you.  Look in every room and container.
