ill be real, i liked the two screens on the ds, it was often used in a clever way for rpgs, especially the etrian series. so if they can keep the hinge strong, and honestly i had no issues with either my ds nor 3ds, ill be all about it.
i think it throws people because we kind of merge the ds with the 3ds, thats two generations there. the ds came out in 2004, and 3ds in 2010, so thats two generations, which does take time.
