Bus driver did it right. fast enough for a small bow wave, not driving through running water so no risk of ‘swept away’, kids got to school just fine.

But why?

Pedantic much? And for the record most ‘shortened’ slang words are only that much shorter. About 33% shorter, as syllables go... If I could save you 33% on your car insurance, would you complain?

There’s no likely solution in the United States of Dumbfukistan. We’d have to start by setting euro-grade licensing standards and then set euro-quality car inspections, requiring strict automotive maintenance and inspections. But that would piss off too many stupid people with shitty cars, so it will never happen.

“but raising them to accurately match and police how people realistically drive”

I hope we simply transition to electric cars, and leave speed limits higher. 55 is absolutely absurd.

It should be 80, nationwide. Out west, where I live, much of Idaho and Utah are now 80, and it makes everything much better. Most people don’t go much faster because your range is reduced at higher speeds, so 80 is fine.

It’s remarkable that Jeep didn’t offer you a Grand Cherokee ecodiesel for the occasion...

COTD

Neither driver wanted to be identified... 😂😂😂 I wonder 😂😂😂 why😂😂😂

When you watch the slow motion version of the video, it looks like the rears are locked up as he approaches, and then they spin again with the sound (different video version normal speed w sound).

“Jeep. You can tow it anywhere.”

Jeep should buy that photo and use it in an ad...

I don’t think he meant to hit him at all. Civil standards are only ‘a preponderance of the evidence’ (50%), whereas criminal is essentially 99%, so we’ll see where it goes, but to me it seems obvious that his control inputs were all meant to avoid hitting stoney mcpoutyface with the big rear tires.

A. I would hope we’re ALWAYS “assessing our options”, everywhere, all the time.

That’s also probably all true.

Chasing a race car and picking a fight doesn’t need a justification. It’s stupid. It’s asking for it. End of story.

Bullshit. Physics says otherwise, as does the video. Anyone who’s spun tires on a slanted surface knows this.

Every one of those people is mixing alcohol, coke, or some sort of personality disorder into the mix. THC is not the proximate cause.
