I watched that video a hundred times, and I’m not a Stewart or a NASCAR fan, so I’m not ‘trying’ to see it one way... Given what I know about those cars, and the people, it’s absolutely certain in my mind Tony was trying to avoid him.

The Escalade EXT... Not a fan of the aftermarket wheels... but hearses have chrome on the back quarter section, where that has none? That said, I don’t understand why they ran the chrome trim only around the door/window area, and not all the way back.

Except Stewart was swerving to avoid him. He blipped the throttle to try to swing the rear away from him (the only possibility on a sloped track).

A mild amount of THC is as irrelevant as having a beer the previous day. It’s not a factor.

They’re on a road to nowhere, and they may end up paying Stewart’s legal bills. This case has no merit whatsoever.

Golf GTI or R. Manual transmission, awd in the R if you need it, good deals on them, haul plenty of groceries, plenty of ass, always fun, and when you’re sitting inside you don’t feel like you were too cheap with yourself.

I’m not talking about a class action for a CVT, those things suck even if they’re working perfectly. Nissan has had similar class actions filed for CVT’s and other things too.
