Thank you! I was about to post that but since you did I would add that considering the films connected (beyond the cast and director) is an obvious marketing ploy to get people to buy them all as a package. The movies had nothing to do with each other beyond same actor and director.

Accomplish? If written well it would be a defining moment for the character and the Star Wars movies. But really I think it would have been more of a requirement for him to be involved. He is still Harrison Ford, he doesn't have to be in the movies at all. What is his motivation to be in the sequels to movies he has

Explain the "particularly her completely shitty reaction to Tommy dying,...".

Nope, not saying people will stop asking the question. Just that he has no reason to love the character and no reason other than killing off Han to come back.

Yeah, I agree. Besides a large paycheck I don't believe Harrison Ford had any reason to come back to the Star Wars universe. The role opened doors for him and I am sure that he is happy about that; but to spend the entirety of your career making critically acclaimed (and otherwise) movies AND have nearly every

Gigantic/mammoth crossovers that span every comic and significantly alters the universe.

Zatanna, Martian Manhunter, and Question. Smaller stories centered around detective work.

I was in 4th grade & read only comic books, my mother would read to me at night before bed. The book she read that finally got me to pick it up and read it for myself was "Sword of Shannara" by Terry Brooks. After that I moved on to "The Three Musketeers" by Dumas and the world was changed forever...

And by premise you mean: "Having an attractive woman in skin tight latex run around kicking butt"?

The other guy is the one who took everything from Job just to win a bet with the devil...

Holy Crap! I never knew that about MVP Baseball 2005! I sucked so bad at that game and one of my friends mentioned the Hitter's Eye and I never knew what they were talking about...

Thank you! I would rather they cast someone who can act and is going to do the role justice than adhere exactly to the source material. I own every Powers comic and as long as she is short and sarcastic nothing else matters. IMO they could switch genders and it wouldn't matter, just as long as the overall theme of

You have no sense of humor do you? And you are no more right than he is - you just think you are which is worse.

This won't last very long, the boob armor is ridiculously dumb, and they could have just made a Sif comic (considering Jaimie Alexander's great portrayal of Sif in two movies and a tv series even designed the character after her) if they wanted to appeal to people who want more female representation. Turning male

So you believe a character is defined by their sexuality? I've read a couple of constantine books and never knew he was bi.

Yeah, I plowed my way through the first 5 books but couldn't handle it - the fact that the books devolved to people arguing about what to do next and the main character going insane and wondering how insane he was going to go... Some great ideas but poorly executed...

My first ever computer at home was a commodore 64 with tape deck drive. At school I was traveling the Oregon Trail on an Apple IIc (I think, not 100% sure since it has been almost 30 years). First computer I bought was a 286, which was amazingly fast after the Commodore... Good times

Thank you Charlie, now if only we could get the book stores to remember to carry the first book in a series. Too many times I read about a great new sequel and think, "I should read that series" and the store doesn't even stock the first book or has 2 copies.

I've downloaded the sample on Kindle, not sure if I want to read a futuristic version of Cinderella but I will reserve judgement until I actually have read some of it.

Charlie, this list is depressing...I know I am behind on my reading but I don't even know more than 5 of these authors (Stross, Abercrombie, Mosley, Hickman, and David). 6 if I cheat and count Tracy and Laura Hickman as separate authors.
