I was hoping he would be Jay Garrick too! That was one of my favorite shows and I was disappointed that it was cancelled. Of course, now that I look at the ridiculous suit he wore as the Flash I can understand how it didn't appeal to everyone.

I have no problem with casting the team as being of various races or backgrounds...BUT of course the one person they cast as black is the "funny sidekick" who is not the romantic lead (Reed Richards). And Sue should be the same race as her brother, instead of the "oh, he's adopted".

Didn't she exit with some vague "this isn't over" type of threat? I completely forgot about her too. To the point when you mentioned Summer Glau I was all "She isn't in this show!" and then my brain found the memory and went: !!!Oh yeah! Her!"

Yeah, I understand as a father wanting your child to succeed but why doesn't he start his son off the way he did (in acting) and go with TV before moving to movies? Will Smith grew as an actor due to the roles he progressed through and his son should too. Plopping him down into a giant science fiction green screen…
