Because it would prioritize short-term stock prices over growing market share or streamlining production or other longer term benefits that might not show up in the company’s performance that quarter.

It does an admirable job of deflecting the impact, which would be great if it didn’t have such a high center of gravity to tip over.

The fender does a good job of taking the hit and the main structure gets pushed sideways. Which would be great if the center of gravity weren’t so high.

I actually think it’s broken piece of the schlaund poofa.
