Mostly off-screen; you see the robot pick the dude up and then a shot of his legs dangling off the ground, while blood gushes onto the floor, presumably from his arms being ripped off, but then it cuts away.

There was that bit where Armand Assante orders the robot to rip off a guy’s limbs.
