Interstellar travel is very time or/and energy expensive. It is always cheaper to produce whatever you need locally, even slave race. We (probably) will travel (or send probes) when we’re able just because it’s in our nature. For resources, not likely.

Scale. If they’re capable of relativistic interstellar travel, they’d be aware of us for a long time now. Heck, we ourselves are developing telescopes for direct observation of exoplanets.

Even if there is someone listening, invasion is near zero possibility. Interstellar travel is very expensive. If it’s resources the others want, in space there is everything they need, and easier to get. If it’s living space, easier and way cheaper is to build artificial habitats.
