Had the situation been reversed with Zimmerman the one followed by Martin, then Zimmerman fighting back and bashing Martin’s head into the ground, forcing Martin to pull a gun and kill Zimmerman, you can bet Trayvon would be on death row right now, assuming he survived police custody.

There is no justification. The guy is a loose cannon and it was a matter of time until he shot someone. His previous threats are absolutely relevant to this case. He should never have been allowed to own firearms after brandishing it and threatening anyone. Plus he should’ve gone to JAIL for that.
