Remember when Ryan took a break from sucking the Kochs’ dicks to say that he worked out to Rage Against the Machine and Tom Morello called him a jackass and took the pages of Rolling Stone to compare Ryan’s love of RAtM to Charles Manson’s love of the Beatles? That was awesome.

I thought in her scene with Jackie (who hilariously admitted that she voted for Jill Stein!) she seemed kinda embarrassed about supporting Trump yet unwilling to admit it was a mistake. Plus, when she and Goodman were on Kimmel later and he took her to task for supporting Trump, she again seemed like she wanted to

It does have lots of cursing, like “Is this the Cocksucker residence?”

France and the US are very different when it comes to language. France has the Academie Francaise, whose members decide what words are acceptable in French and which are not. For example, they resist Anglicization of the French language—instead of “email,” they prescribe the much more French “courriel.”

In America, we have freedom of speech and can speak whatever language we like.

And you’re the one who took the time to write out an insult to MadMonk in a thread that had nothing to do with you, so you’re projecting now, too.

Well, then, you’re just not a very nice person, nor do you appreciate illustrative and thoughtfully written examples.

Is being a pedantic waste of time going well?

My problem with the story wasn’t with the fact that the daughter was raped—my problem with the story was with the heavy-handed flashback that revealed that the daughter and her mother made comments about being raped before it happened. I can appreciate irony but not when it’s so broad and obvious.

Yes, and sometimes these overlaps seem pretty damn coincidental.

I’m saying that it just seemed pretty damn coincidental that the thing they were talking about turned out to be the thing that happened.

{Spoilers} I didn’t like the flashback where the daughter says something like, “Fine, don’t give me a ride—I’ll walk and get raped,” and then her mom says, “Fine, get raped,” and then that’s what happened, because a) who talks like that, besides fake-edgy characters, and b) how contrived can you get?

1. You can “could have” any movie to death. I’m just saying that seeing Leia move something with the force seemed totally unprecedented for her.

Just as an aside, I think we can all admit that sometimes the canon is stupid.

We’re not talking about Darth Maul or some Jedi master—we’re talking about a character who’s main action in TFA was telling Han to return their son alive. When has Leia ever moved anything with the power of the force? Her flying through space seemed a little unlikely to me, much less to do it so gracefully while under

When did Darth Maul do all of that? Was that a deleted scene, or are you referring to something that happened in a comic book or video game or something?

He is NOT a fat black kid in the book.

How can there be world hunger if I just ate a ham sandwich?
