Kind of reminds me of the Mercury Comet / Ford Maverick, with better lines.
The thing is, even though it had similar headlight and grill placement, it simply did not have the same overall lines. They also sucked. So-so gas mileage, fit and trim was poor and they rattled almost as soon as you got them off the lot, the early engines leaked oil, and they were under-powered.
